Project Manager - Custom Signage & Visual Branding
A rapidly expanding leader in the custom signage and visual branding industry is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-impact visual projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a variety of custom fabrication and installation projects.
What You'll Do:
* Lead custom signage projects from initial planning through fabrication, installation, and final delivery.
* Oversee work across two key divisions: Custom Signage (Electrical & Non-Electrical) and a Certified Wrap Division (vehicle fleet wraps, wall graphics, window vinyl, floor graphics).
* Collaborate closely with design, estimating, production, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment throughout each project phase.
* Create and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, scope documentation, and task assignments.
* Coordinate site surveys, permitting, engineering, and any required compliance steps.
* Track project milestones to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery while maintaining quality standards and client expectations.
What You Bring:
* 3+ years of project management experience in signage, construction, fabrication, or a related industry.
* Working knowledge of signage manufacturing or vinyl production processes.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, architectural renderings, and technical documents.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ERP system experience is a plus.
* Ability to travel locally as needed; a valid driver's license is preferred.
